Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders begin production after artwork approval and payment (or approved credit terms).

Proofs and artwork

We provide a digital proof for print orders. Please check proofs carefully — once approved, we are not responsible for errors in content, spelling or layout. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos and content you supply.

Design

Most print orders include a simple design and one simple revision. Additional design work is quoted separately.

Shipping

Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and begin after proof approval.

Color and quality

Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen colors and from previous print runs. Industry-standard tolerances for color, cutting and quantity (±5%) apply.

Reprints and refunds

If an order is defective due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund the affected items.

Web, hosting and software services

Specific deliverables, timelines and ownership terms for web, app and hosting projects are set out in the proposal or agreement for each project.
